KAMAT has obtained an order from India for the delivery of one of the
world's largest single units.
For one of the largest and most modern rolling mills, KAMAT has received the order to deliver 8 double-pump units (16 550 kW pumps = 800 kW)
The pump station has a capacity of 15,632 l/min (=938 m³/h) and an operational pressure of 300 bar and services a state of the art descaling plant in a wide strip mill.
The customer´s decision was based on the technical and innovative advantages of the KAMAT pumps.
The units have subsequently been delivered and installed.
KAMAT has established a new sales structure in India, including a coordination office and several distribution partners. With this structure KAMAT has built the basis for success in an dynamic and growing market.
