Diesel Water Blasting Units up to 58,000 psi | KAMAT

KAMJET diesel pump units deliver up to 4,000 bar (58,000 psi) or 520 l/min (137 gpm) without a grid connection, with engine ratings from 180 to 585 kW (240 to 785 hp).

KAMAT designs and builds the units in Witten, Germany, from the first project idea to the turnkey system, with 100% in-house manufacturing. Drive, power transmission and controls are matched to the required duty point. With exchange kits, the same pump runs at high pressure or at high flow.

Applications for Diesel High-Pressure Units

The units run in industrial water blasting, hydrostatic pressure testing, mining and water hydraulics. Typical jobs include hydrodemolition, heat exchanger cleaning, pipe cleaning and well rehabilitation. Adapted pump heads handle special fluids, and ATEX versions are available for hazardous areas.

Stage V Engines, Mobile or Stationary

The Volvo and Scania engines meet EU Stage V; for markets outside the EU, KAMAT supplies engines to the applicable national standard.  The units come ready to run on a baseframe and are available on a trailer with sound-insulated hood or in a 20 ft container with a 2,600 l (687 gal) feed tank. In the automatic version, the controller matches engine output to water demand and cuts fuel consumption by up to 30%.

KAMAT delivers every unit turnkey, including on-site commissioning and operator training. Service and spare parts come from Witten or through the global sales network. The KAMJET 180T delivers up to 520 l/min (137 gpm) at 180 bar (2,600 psi), and the KAMJET 450 supplies several guns at once.
