Injection Systems for New Fuels: Methanol, Ammonia and Ethanol
The focus of the trade fair presence is on injection and supply systems for new fuels: methanol, ammonia and ethanol. The systems are proven in several projects, from high-pressure units for injection test benches to the fuel supply of marine engines, and are designed for both fuel preparation room and engine room. Multiple sealing systems with leakage return keep the media safely inside the system, and the classification-compliant design simplifies integration on board: the design has received concept approval from a marine classification society.
KAMJET: Mobile High-Pressure Units for Shipyards
For shipyards and industrial service providers, KAMAT presents the mobile KAMJET pump units for cleaning, paint removal and surface preparation at pressures up to 4,000 bar, each customised to the application. The automatic versions adjust engine power and flow rate to the load and cut diesel consumption by up to 30 percent.
High-Pressure Plunger Pumps from 15 kW to 3,000 kW
All systems are based on high-pressure plunger pumps in triplex and quintuplex design with drive powers from 15 kW to 3,000 kW and pressures up to 4,000 bar, available to API 674 or in vertical installation for compact skids. The family-owned company has been manufacturing in Witten, Germany, since 1974 and delivers worldwide with fast spare parts supply.
