KAMAT Celebrates 50th Anniversary with International Partner Summit

On 10 and 11 May, KAMAT celebrated its 50th anniversary with a successful Partner Summit. The two-day event offered partners and guests exciting insights into the company’s past, present and future.

Day 1: Insights into 50 years of innovation

The first day began with an official opening by the management, who gave an exciting review of five decades of KAMAT and an outlook on the days ahead.

In short, concise case studies, partners presented their collaboration with KAMAT. These inspiring presentations showed impressive successes and valuable insights into joint projects, and also provided ideal opportunities for networking and sharing experiences.

After a well-deserved lunch break, the event continued with the presentation of technical innovations. Impressive innovations such as the K90000, K300000 and the K4500 4000 bar pump were presented. New developments such as external oil lubrication for low speeds and modifications to guns and special valves were also presented in detail. A survey was then conducted to allow attendees to express their wishes and suggestions for future developments.

This was followed by a presentation on KAMAT’s sustainability certification and initiatives. Current and future measures to improve environmental performance and promote sustainable practices within the company were presented.

Another focus was the development of new markets. Case studies were used to discuss exciting topics such as hydrogen tank testing, new fuels such as methanol and ammonia, and carbon capture. The day ended with a closing speech from the management, who gave an outlook on upcoming exhibitions and interesting plans for the future. The official part of the day ended with preparations for the evening event and the Bavarian evening.

Day 2: Live demonstrations and KAMAT’s official anniversary celebration

The second day offered a series of impressive live demonstrations. Well-known partner companies such as Conjet, Peinemann and DERC Salotech presented their latest equipment and accessories. The presentations of the  mobile high-pressure unit KAMJET equipped with various tools and the impressive demonstrations of the DERC Salotech Crawler were outstanding.

After a short break for networking, the programme continued with demonstrations of the KAMAT diesel pump unit and other accessories. The exclusive demonstrations of the Conjet robots and the TLX system from Peinemann were also well received.

This was followed by the Open Day, which also marked KAMAT’s official anniversary celebrations.

The two-day event was a great success and provided an excellent opportunity to share innovations, develop new markets and strengthen valuable partnerships. We would like to thank everyone who attended and look forward to many more years of successful cooperation.
