Excitement, fun and team spirit – trainees and trainers on tour together
On Tuesday, 29 October, our five trainees from the industrial and commercial sectors had a special highlight on the agenda: a joint trip to Dortmund to visit the Enigmania escape room. They were accompanied by their trainers Sascha Treml and Claudia Sprakel.
Before the puzzle hunt began, everyone enjoyed lunch together – a perfect opportunity for casual conversation and getting to know each other across departments.

In the escape room, it was all about teamwork under time pressure. As a joint team, our trainees tackled the tricky challenges and were able to not only demonstrate their logical skills, but also strengthen their teamwork.
The trip was part of our training philosophy: at KAMAT, we not only promote specialist knowledge, but also attach great importance to cooperation, communication and mutual trust – qualities that are just as important in everyday working life as technical competence.
‘It was great to see how our trainees found solutions together and motivated each other,’ said trainer Sascha Treml. Claudia Sprakel added: ‘Activities like this strengthen the sense of togetherness – and are also really fun!’
The trip shows once again that our trainees are not only committed and eager to learn – they are also a strong team.
