Your tasks:

Independent production of parts and small series in a state-of-the-art machinery
Setting up and running tools independently
Independent setup and processing of machine components, including program changes
Shift work in weekly alternation, early and late

Your profile:

Successfully completed training as a cutting machine operator, or a comparable training with 3 years of professional experience on a CNC milling machine
Knowledge of the SIEMENS 840 D sl machine control system is desirable, but not essential
Experience in stainless steel and cast iron processing
Experience in small series production up to batch size 10
Flexibility, commitment and diligence are a matter of course for you

Your role:
As part of our measurement and control technology (MSR) department, you will play a key role in the design and investigation of electrical drive technology. You will support projects from concept development to commissioning and will be responsible for the design and programming of switchgear and control cabinets as well as the design of electrical drive technology.

Your tasks:

• Support projects from concept to commissioning
• Preparation of quotations and technical clarifications
• Selection and ordering of necessary components and their management in the ERP system
• Design and creation of circuit diagrams
• PLC programming (Siemens SIMATIC S7/TIA Portal)
• Visualization with WinCC/TIA Portal
• Functional testing and troubleshooting
• Commissioning and servicing of our systems (in the factory, nationally and internationally at the customer’s site)

Your profile:

• Completed electrical engineering education (technician, engineer or equivalent)
• Work experience in PLC programming (preferably Siemens S7/TIA Portal)
• Experience in schematic design (e.g. WSCAD)
• Knowledge of fieldbus systems (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet, etc.)
• Experience in configuring and sizing motors and drives
• Good written and spoken knowledge of English and German

• Supporting sales partners and existing customers: Maintain and strengthen existing business relationships and secure long-term partnerships.
• Develop channel partners and new customers: Identify new channel partners and acquire new customers to expand our network.
• Market Potential Analysis: Identify and develop new market potential and trends in the Asian region.
• Technical Consulting: Assist channel partners and customers with technical issues and provide expert advice.
• Training: Train channel partners and customers on how to use and sell our products.

• Trade show support: You will represent KAMAT at trade shows and ensure a professional appearance.

Your qualifications:

• Technical education: Engineer (m/f), technician (m/f) or bachelor/master (m/f) in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
• Sales experience: You have experience in selling technical products and are familiar with the specifics of the Asian market.
• Product knowledge: Ideally you have knowledge of high pressure pumps and their applications.
• Intercultural Skills: You have strong intercultural skills and understand the Asian business culture.
• Willingness to travel: You are willing to travel regularly and be on-site.
• Personality: You are open, communicative and confident.
• Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of other Asian languages is an advantage.
