Rotating nozzles are specialized high-pressure nozzles used in a variety of industrial applications to efficiently clean, deburr or machine surfaces. These nozzles use the rotating movement of the water jet to ensure uniform and powerful cleaning. They are particularly suitable for demanding cleaning tasks where conventional nozzles reach their limits.
KAMAT offers a wide range of rotating nozzles that are optimized for different high-pressure applications. KAMAT’s rotating nozzles are characterized by their high efficiency and durability. They are designed for industrial cleaning as well as for special tasks such as concrete restoration and paint stripping. Thanks to their robust and innovative design, KAMAT rotating nozzles enable precise and economical processing of surfaces.

High-Pressure Rotating Nozzles from KAMAT
To ensure surface treatment with excellent results and in a reasonable amount of time, we have developed special externally and self-propelled rotating nozzles to match our high-pressure pumps: Our different types of nozzles can be driven pneumatically, electrically or hydraulically, depending on the customer’s requirements.
Our externally driven rotating nozzles concentrate the hydraulic energy entirely on the machining process.
KAMAT nozzles enable coherent jets that can be moved precisely and quickly, even over large areas. With externally driven rotation, the hydraulic energy is used entirely for the machining process, which enables excellent and efficient work results on surfaces.
The rotating nozzles are used in hydro blasting, mainly in industrial high-pressure washing, for paint removal, deburring and roughening, but also for concrete renovation.
Our range of pump accessories also offers a variety of other high-pressure nozzles such as orbital nozzles, round jet nozzles, flat jet nozzles and special pipe cleaning nozzles.
Powerful KAMAT Rotating Nozzles: Versatile, Robust and Low-Maintenance
The rotating nozzles from KAMAT, such as the PRD 3500 LV and PRD 3500 Air models, are characterized by innovative features and flexibility in high-pressure applications. The most important features are summarized here:
- High operating pressure: Both models are designed for operating pressures up to 3500 bar (350 MPa).
- Speed control: The nozzle speed can be precisely regulated via an adjustable eddy current brake or via the drive speed.
- Lightweight design: The LV version is particularly light (1.55 kg with nozzle head), which makes it easier to handle.
- Versatile nozzle heads: There are various interchangeable heads (DK1 to DK4) for different applications such as concrete restoration or paint removal.
- Ease of maintenance: Low maintenance and quick change of nozzle heads without tools.
- Materials: Made of high-strength aluminum and stainless steel for durability and no leakage.
